DATED : 03-07-2025 Applicants/respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the appellant in the office of the Commissioner under the Employees' Compensation Act/Labour Court, for which the learned Advocate for the appellant has given no objection, subject to the filing of a usual undertaking. 2.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application as well as the no objection given by the learned Advocate for the appellant, the application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount, along with accrued interest thereon, from the Commissioner under the Employees' Compensation Act/Labour Court, upon furnishing a usual undertaking.

Upon furnishing the usual undertaking, the Commissioner, under the Employees' Compensation Act/Labour Court, is directed to transfer the compensation amount, along with accrued interest thereon, into the bank accounts of the

2 4caf3738.23.odt respective applicants in proportionate amounts, as per the award, within four weeks on they furnishing their bank account details to it.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
