The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on line payment has been made and an amount of Rs. One lakh has been deposited in the account with Sales Tax Department on 07.02.2017.

Though this Court has issued notice on 23.06.2017, the respondents have not disputed the fact or receipt of payment.

In this situation, we recall the order dated 14.02.2017 and restore Writ Petition No. 1288 of 2016 back to file. List Writ Petition No. 1288 of 2016 after two weeks. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
