Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Labour Court, Chandrapur shall endeavour to decide the complaint filed by the present petitioner being complaint No. 38/2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

The respondent shall not appoint any other person against the vacancy caused due to termination of services of the petitioner.

The learned Labour Court, Chandrapur shall decide the complaint on its own merit without SKNair
