DATE : 8 th APRIL, 2021 Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

There is a delay of 712 days in preferring an appeal. The judgment is delivered on 22/01/2019. Whereas from 15/03/2020 up to 14/03/2021, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has condoned the delay. Here the period of appeal has expired prior to 15/03/2020. Hence, issue notice to the respondents, returnable after eight weeks.

Civil Application [CAF] No.820/2021:

The appellant has deposited cheques in the Office of Labour Court, Nagpur. The application for permission along with acknowledgment of the Office for receipt of the cheques for Rs.8,73,880/- is filed. It is submitted that the cheques are honoured.

caf.819.21 2/2 In view of that, stay is granted to the execution of the decree against the appellant till final disposal of the appeal. The claimants are entitled to ask for withdrawal.
