The counsel appearing for the petitioner has expired, therefore, notice for engagement of another counsel was issued by this Court. However, the notice has returned back unserved with an endorsement that the petitioner is not residing on given address.

It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter and has not even bothered to inquire about his pending matter and furnish his address.

We, therefore, dismiss the present writ petition for want of prosecution. No costs.
