Shri Kasat, the learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3, states that all the teachers including the applicant were paid the salary till March-2015. It is stated that due to clerical mistake, the salary was shown to have been reduced. It is stated that the mistake has been corrected. It is stated that as soon as the grants are received, the applicants would be paid the arrears of salary along with the other employees.
The learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner states that the grievance of the applicant stands redressed in view of the statements made in the affidavit-in-reply.
By accepting the statements made in the affidavit-inreply, we dispose of the civil application. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
