By the application, the applicants seek to condone the delay of 34 days in preferring the appeal.

The contention is that the copy of award was prepared some days after passing the impugned judgment and the applicants were under bonafide impression that for filing an appeal copy of award is required. Therefore, the delay is caused.

Since non-applicant nos.1 to 4 have not filed any reply nor opposed the application though served, statement of facts mentioned in the application went uncontroverted. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 34 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Appeal be registered.
