DATE : MARCH 24, 2015 Prayer is to grant stay to the execution of award passed by the Reference Court.

It is submitted that by earlier order dated 18/12/2013 stay was granted subject to deposit of aforesaid amount. However on account of procedural delays, said amount was not received for being deposited. It is further stated that the entire amount is now available for being deposited by way of cheque.

Hence if the entire amount as awarded by the Reference Court is deposited in this Court within period of two weeks from today, then during pendency of the First Appeal, the effect and operation of the impugned award shall remain stayed.

C.A. is allowed and disposed of.
