This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 32 days in preferring an appeal against the judgment and order dated 27.11.2019, passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Nagpur, rejecting the claim made by the Applicants/ Appellants.

Ms Chaudhari, learned counsel for the Applicants draws the attention of this Court to paragraphs 3 to 11 of the application in support of her contention for condoning the delay.

Ms Chaubey, learned counsel for Respondent has no objection, if the delay is condoned.

Having heard learned counsel and having perused the application, let the delay of 32 days in preferring the appeal be condoned. Let the appeal be registered within a period of two weeks from today.
