Company Appeal No. 4 of 2007 The appeal has been filed under Section 10-F of the Companies Act, 1956, which provides that the person aggrieved by any decision or order of the Company Law Board [made before the commencement of the Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002] may file an appeal to the High Court. The order impugned has been passed on 27-10-2006 i.e. subsequent to the commencement of the Companies Act, 2002. The appellant shall satisfy that the appeal is maintainable. Stand over to 15-3-2024.
