In the said Second Appeal, the substantial question of law about limitation which is referred in paragraph No.3 is answered in paragraph No.11 of the judgment, though it is not specifically reflecting in the operative order passed by this Court. In view of substantial questions of law in cross objection is already answered, nothing survives in the present cross objection and Cross Objection stands dismissed.
