As per contention of the appellants, they are the parents of the deceased. The Railway Claims Tribunal, Nagpur has rejected the claim application moved by the appellants though their son died in an untoward incident. They are suffering from mental agony and due to the old age also suffering from financial constrain.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, early hearing is granted.

Civil Application is disposed of.

First Appeal No.78/2021 Record and proceeding is already received.
