By this application, the respondent Nos.1(a) and 1(c) are seeking permission to withdraw the amount through Power of Attorney - respondent No.1(b). 3.

By order dated 09/01/2023 in Civil Application No.253/2022, the respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(c) was permitted to withdraw the amount however, it is submitted by the learned Counsel that respondent No.1(a) is the old aged person and respondent No.1(c) is a handicapped person. So they are unable to attend the Court for verification. They are executed Power of Attorney in favour of respondent No.1(b). They are having joint bank account of respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(c). 4.

In view of that they be permitted to withdraw the amount through Power of Attorney-respondent No.1(b). The copy of Power of Attorney is attached along with the application.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the Registry to disburse the amount to respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(c) through Power of Attorney. 6.

The Power of Attorney shall file an affidavit after withdrawal of the amount that the respected shares are disbursed to respondent Nos.1(a) and 1(c). 7.

Civil application is disposed of.
