After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after victim is examined before the trial Court.

Permission is granted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh after the evidence of the victim is recorded.

The fees of the appointed Counsel be quantified as per rules.
