Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned Advocate for the respondents. After hearing the arguments at length and on being confronted with the admitted factual position the learned Advocate for the petitioners makes a submission that considering the nature of the dispute, the learned Trial Judge may be requested to dispose of the suit expeditiously. The learned Advocate for the respondents considering the facts brought to my notice concedes to this requests. Accordingly, the learned Trial Judge is directed to decide the civil suit expeditiously and in any case within eight months from today.

In view of the facts and circumstances, I am of the view that on merits, order impugned in this petition does not warrant interference. The petition is, therefore, liable to be dismissed. The writ petition stands dismissed. JUDGE Namrata
