This application is fled seeking condonation of delay of 40 days in fling civil revision application. The learned Advocate for the Respondent No.1 vehemently opposed the application contending that this application ought to have been fled when the writ petition was fled in the year 2017. The delay is not sufciently explained.

The writ petition was initially fled in the year 2017 challenging the impugned order, the same was permitted to be converted into civil revision application with liberty to the petitioner to fle the present civil application seeking condonation of delay. Pursuant to that the present application is fled. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed, subject to the payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to be paid to the High Court Bar Library. The receipt of payment of cost be placed on record. 3.

Civil application is disposed of
