DATE : 09.03.2016 Shri Kshirsagar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that some annexures to the petition are incorrectly annexed. It is stated that some necessary documents are not annexed to the writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned Counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in the appropriate form.
