DATE : 03/02/2023 By preferring this application, respondent Nos.2 to 7 are seeking withdrawal of the compensation amount along with accrued interest. It is requested that respondent No.4 who is power of attorney holder for respondent Nos.2, 3 5 to 7 be allowed to verify and sign the bank details before the Registrar.

It is apparent that the order of the reference Court was challenged before this Court and this Court has enhanced the amount of compensation. Against the same the Special Leave KOLHE

2 / 2 02-FA 517.2010 Petition was filed and the same is also decided by the Hon'ble Apex Court setting aside the judgment of this Court and restored the judgment of the reference Court.

In view of the above circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 7 are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount along with accrued interest. Respondent No.4 is permitted to verify and sign the bank details on behalf of the other respondents. The amount be disbursed to these respondents on due identification and verification.

The application is disposed of.
