The impugned orders dated 16/02/2024 and 19/02/2024 are withdrawn. 2) In view of the aforesaid statement, it is accepted on record and Mr.Wathore, learned counsel for the petitioner has not pressed the petition, as such, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.

3) Needless to clarify that this court has not examined the matter on merits. In case of any fresh cause of action arises, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach this Court.

4) Pending civil applications, if any, stands disposed of.
