The applicant approached this Court for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.4/2025 registered with Coastal Police Station, Moti, Daman for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 415, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

After going through the documents it revealed that the applicant directly approached this Court for grant of transit bail, instead of approaching to the Sessions Court. The applicant shall approach to the Sessions Court within two days.

In the meantime, till he approaches to the Sessions Court, the applicant is protected by granting anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.4/2025
