The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 85/2022, dated 07/03/2022 registered with Police Station Andhera, Tq. Deulgaon Raja, DistrictBuldhana, for the offences punishable under Sections 377, 498-A, 294, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have gone through the contents of the FIR and after considering the statement of the learned APP that the charge-sheet is ready for filing and the custody of the applicant is not required in this matter, I am of the opinion that the ad-interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant needs to be confirmed by allowing this application. Hence, I pass the following order: i] The criminal application is allowed.

ii] The order dated 24/03/2022 is confirmed with
