CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO. ______/2020 (2) This is an application for suspension of execution of sentence. It is informed that trial Court has suspended the execution of sentence on the date of conviction on 13.11.2019. Obviously, the suspension is to enable the applicant to file an appeal and obtain the order of suspension from the appellate Court. The duration of said suspension order will be normally upto the period of appeal i.e. 60 days. The application for suspension appears to have not been pressed till date.
