None appeared for the petitioner on 16th July, 2019. On that date, learned A.G.P. had submitted that the respondents have not disobeyed any order and the contempt petition need not be entertained. Recording submission made by learned A.G.P., matter was adjourned to enable the petitioner to substantiate his claim. Today again none appears for the petitioner. I find that the submission made by learned A.G.P. is correct. The order passed by the Industrial Court directing that the petitioner be conferred with permanency rights from 16th January, 2007, is set aside by this Court by the judgment delivered in Writ Petition No.4651/2009. Hence, there is no cause for the petitioner to allege disobedience of order passed by the Industrial Court. Hence, the contempt petition is dismissed. No costs.
