Neither the private paper book is filed nor the amount of costs is deposited, though sufficient time is already granted. Hence, the amount of costs is now increased from Rs.200/- to Rs.500/- to be paid within four weeks to the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur. Payment of costs within the stipulated period is made a condition precedent for filing of the private paper book.

Moreso, it is made clear that if the private paper book is not filed within four weeks, the appeal shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court.
