DATE : 19.01.2024 The learned Counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 have placed on record a communication dated 15/01/2024, which is taken on record and marked as 'X', to indicate that a notice under Section 53 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning (M.R.T.P.) Act has been issued to the respondent No. 4, in respect of the construction alleged to have been made by him, which according to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 violates the provisions of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning (M.R.T.P.) Act. A further assurance has been given by learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, on the basis of instructions of the officials of the respondent No. 1, who are present in the Court, that follow up action on this notice shall be taken by them, in view of which the grievance of the petitioner stands addressed.
