The writ petition is disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties on the following terms. (1) The petitioner would join at the place of transfer i.e. Shankarrao Dhawad Polytechnic, Nagpur, immediately. (2) The respondent No.1-Management would clear the arrears of salary that is payable to the petitioner within a period of six months and would start paying the regular salary to the petitioner from the month of May, 2016.

(3) The arrears of salary would be paid by the respondent No.1 to the petitioner in installments, during every month for the next six months.

(4) No costs.
