Seen the terms of the compromise filed before the Lok Adalat on 14/09/2019. The reference Court has enhanced the amount of compensation of Rs.4,21,620/-. As per the settlement, both the parties have agreed to reduce the amount by deducting 15%. The appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.4,21,620/-. The terms of compromise say that the claimant is entitled for an amount of Rs.4,06,439/- and the amount of Rs.15,181/- has to be returned to the V.I.D.C. Hence, the order :

Nazar is directed to transfer an amount of Rs.4,06,439/- along with accrued interest thereon in the bank account of respondent No.1 after personal identification.

fa.208.14 2/2 Nazar is further directed to transfer an amount of Rs.15,181/- with accrued interest thereon in the bank account of V.I.D.C.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
