Mr. D. V. Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondent no.1, has tendered in the Court a copy of order dated 19.03.2024 passed by the respondent no.1-State Information Commissioner, which is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification, whereby the respondent no.1Authority has withdrawn the orders dated 07.02.2024 and 21.02.2024 in view of the observations of this Court made in paragraph nos. 7, 8, and 9 of the order dated 05.03.2024.

Since the orders impugned dated 07.02.2024 and 21.02.2024 are already withdrawn by the respondent no.1-State Information Commissioner, nothing survives in the petition for adjudication. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 3.

If the petitioner has any grievance in relation to Complaint Proceedings No.42/2024, she is at liberty to question the same in fresh proceedings.

Needless to clarify that the Court has not examined the merits of the matter. No costs.
