Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the application arising out of a matrimonial dispute as the report is lodged by the non-applicant No.2 vide Crime No.11/2023 for the offence punishable under Section 498-A, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

During pendency of the application, both parties decided to settle and accordingly, the non-applicant No.2 started residing along with the applicant No.1, and therefore, nothing survives in the application, in view of that, the application is to be disposed of.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, the application is disposed of.
