In the present proceedings as per the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the elections were held in the year 2011 and thereafter more than a period of 12 years has been lapsed and in between more than two elections were held and some new members were also added as member.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this writ petition. The writ petition is therefore, disposed of as infructuous.

It is made clear that this Court has not examined the issue raised in this petition as well as the issues raised in the pending matters before the learned Charity Commissioner, as regards new members or the validity of the election.
