Learned Additional Public Prosecutor points out by order dated 2nd March, 2024, learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.1 Akot has stopped the proceedings under Section 258 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and discharged the accused. Therefore, the present application for quashing and setting aside the FIR and the chargesheet has become infructuous.

In view of the copy of the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Akot is made available, we are satisfied that the proceedings are disposed of. In view of the same the petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
