Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's services were terminated on 31.05.2018 and he challenged the same by filing ULPA No.44 of 2023. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application for claiming permanency in ULPA No.44 of 2023.

In view of that the present petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
