CAS:269/2015 Vide order dated 23rd March 2015, this Court had granted stay in terms of prayer clause (1). The stay granted appears to have neither been continued nor has been vacated till this date. In view of the position, since the status continued for all these years, it will be appropriate to allow the instant Civil Application in terms of prayer clause (1) and stands allowed accordingly.
