Registration of the present writ petition was refused on 03/01/2019 for non-removal of the office objections and as there was delay of 50 days in moving application for restoration, the application for condonation of delay along with the application for restoration was moved. These applications were filed on 01/03/2019 and thereafter those were never circulated to obtain orders of this Court.

After going through the challenge raised in the petition, it is evident that in the year 2013 the petitioner was absorbed in the project which was implemented under Cluster Resource Centre and he was posted at Bhamragad. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he ought to have posted at Desaiganj instead of Bhamragad. After the absorption of the petitioner a period of 10 years is lapsed

2 46-CAO929-2019 and these applications are pending from last about 4 years and as I have observed that in last 4 years no steps were taken to get the matter circulated for orders. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present writ petition.

Both the Civil Applications are dismissed.
