This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited as per the judgment of this Court. 2.

The learned advocate for the appellants submits that deceased Mahadeo Hari Dhakane is died on 14.06.2017. His death certificate is filed on record. 3.

Considering the prayer, the amount deposited in this Court be paid to the legal representatives of respondent No.1 i.e. Mayabai, Yogesh and Bhagyashree along with accrued interest thereon.

Registry is directed to pay the amount to the legal representatives of respondent No.1 i.e. Mayabai Mahadeo Dhakane, Yogesh Mahadeo Dhakane and Bhagyashree Mahadeo Dhakane along with accrued interest thereon.
