DATE : 01.04.2022 1] The Applicants/respondent Nos.1A to 1D have moved the application for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the V.I.D.C, pursuant to the judgment and order dated 05.05.2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in LAC No.1 of 2015.

2] For the reasons stated in the application, respondent Nos.1A to 1D are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount in equal proportionate with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking
