Mr. Darda, learned Counsel for the appellant, upon instructions, makes a categorical statement that the compensation as awarded will be deposited in this Court within a period of eight weeks from today. Said statement is accepted as undertaking, since it is made upon instructions.

In view thereof, there shall be stay as prayed in the application for stay. Civil Application stands disposed of.

It is made clear that if the amount as undertaken is not deposited, the application for stay be deemed to be rejected without further reference to the Court.

Paper book be filed within a period of twelve weeks from today, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
