This is an application for condonation of delay in filing of the appeal.

The appellants have challenged the order passed by the Railway Tribunal rejecting their claim. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicants has stated that the applicants are residing in remote area and their financial condition is very poor. Their Advocate died during the Covid-19 Pandemic and they were not aware about the judgment passed by the Tribunal and therefore the delay of 569 days has been caused.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the civil application, the civil application is allowed and the delay is hereby condoned.

First appeal be registered.
