The petitioner seeks a declaration that the petitioner is eligible to receive salary grants admissible to her in view of the fact the school has been brought on 20% grants on 19-8-2014. The application seeking approval for grant of salary is said to have been pending before the respondent No.3, considering which we dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner in light of the law applicable and decide the same within a period of three weeks from today.
