CORAM

: B.P.DHARMADHIKARI & S.B.SHUKRE, JJ.

DATE : 27.4.2015 Heard.

We find that, as yet, no notice u/s. 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 has been issued. The petitioners claim to be in possession. Learned Counsel for the petitioners has also submitted that the petitioners may be forcibly dispossessed. However, the material on record does not show any such attempt by any of the respondents. Hence, keeping all the rival contentions open and with liberty to the petitioners to approach again if any occasion arises, we dispose of the present petition. No costs.
