In other connected appeal arising out of same award, 50% of the amount of award has allowed to be withdrawn by respondent no.1 therein.

Considering the grounds raised in the appeal and the fact that in another connected matter 50% amount was allowed to be withdrawn, the amount deposited by the appellant, which is 50% of the decreetal amount, is allowed to be withdrawn by respondent no.1 in terms of award on furnishing usual undertaking.

4. The application stands disposed of.
