This application is filed for suspension of substantive sentence of imprisonment of five years imposed on the applicant by the learned Special Judge, Warora in Sessions Case No.39/2013.

Vide order dated 4.3.2020, the substantive sentence of imprisonment of the applicant is already suspended by this Court. Hence, the order :

The application is allowed in terms of interim order dated 4.3.2020. The substantive sentence of imprisonment of the applicant imposed by the learned Special Judge, Warora in Sessions Case No.39/2013 is hereby suspended, till the final decision of the present appeal.
