On going through the impugned judgment and order, I am of the view that it could be just and proper to partly allowed this application.
Accordingly, the application is partly allowed. The claimants are permitted to withdraw further amount of Rs.5.00 lakhs from out of the amount deposited in this Court against their furnishing usual undertaking to the effect that in the event of passing of any adverse order against them, the claimants shall return the amount so far withdrawn with interest, as may be granted by that order. The undertaking shall be to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial). The application is disposed of accordingly.
