MARCH 4, 2025 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 538/2025 For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Amendment be carried out within seven working days from today. Amended copy be served on other side.
2] In addition to above, the petitioner shall add Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana, as also State of Maharashtra, through Secretary, Rural Development Department, Mumbai - 32, as party respondents. It is so because vide communication dated 29/3/2022, addressed to all Chief Executive Officers of all Zilla Parishads, the Additional Chief Secretary has issued directions to the Chief Executive Officers to ensure that on 24/4/2022, meeting is held, and for that purpose, Nodal Officer should be appointed. Further directions were issued to ensure effective implementation of the directions given in the letter.
