The matter pertains to the seniority of the petitioner vis-a-vis the respondent No.1 and the entitlement of the petitioner for the post of Head Master of the school. This Court, by the order dated 29-09-2014, has rejected the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner for grant of early hearing. The petitioner has not pointed out any change in the circumstances, though liberty was granted to make fresh application.

The civil application is dismissed.
