For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 12th February, 2016 passed on Civil Application No. 521 of 2016 is modified and it is directed that instead of furnishing a solvent security, it shall be permissible for the claimants

to furnish a solvent surety for withdrawal of amount.. With that modification, Civil Application is disposed of.
