The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is non-compliance of the direction issued on 15.11.2019 in Writ Petition No.7522 of 2019, whereby this Court directed respondent no.2 to decide the application dated 06.03.2018 of the petitioner for grant of compensation under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of first appearance of the petitioner.

Shri R.N. Ghuge, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that direction issued in aforesaid writ petition is complied with.

Considering the submission, nothing survives in the petition for adjudication. Hence, the contempt petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
