Applicants/respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant-Insurance Company in the Court. Learned counsel for the appellant has opposed withdrawing the entire amount; however, he has given no objection to permitting the withdrawal of 50% of the compensation amount.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application and facts of the case, in my view, it would be proper to permit the claimants to withdraw Rs. 7,00,000/- (Rs. Seven Lakhs) along with accrued interest thereon, on usual terms and conditions. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs. 7,00,000/- along with interest accrued thereon.

Learned Registrar (J) is directed to transfer said amount to the bank accounts of the applicants, as per the Award, proportionate to their share, within three weeks on their furnishing bank account details in the Registry. The application is disposed of.
