An objection is raised by Shri S.D. Dewani that the impugned order is revisable as it merely issues process. We find that the objection is sustainable.

Shri. Parchure thus seeks liberty to withdraw the petition with liberty to file revision before the Sessions Court. Petition is therefore disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
