Heard Shri V.G. Bhambhurkar, learned Counsel for the applicant and Shri N.R. Rode, learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 1 to 3. Shri M.R. Yadav, learned Counsel on whom copy for respondent no.4 is served, is not present.

As Writ Petition listed for preferably hearing old matters was not argued, Court was constrained to dismiss the matter. Learned counsel for applicant submits that now he has received necessary instructions and authority to argue the matter.

In this situation, without going into the merits of the controversy, we grant request made by Shri Bhambhurkar, learned Counsel for applicant / petitioner and restore the Writ Petition back to file. Office to list the Writ Petition for final hearing on 30.04.2015.
